Global Head of Leadership Development & Engagement – Mastercard

Kerri is the Global Head of Leadership Development and Engagement at Mastercard.  In addition, as an award-winning, internal communications and employee engagement professional, Kerri has worked with global clients across multiple industries in corporate and consulting roles. During her 25-year career, Kerri has held positions at Publicis Groupe, American Express, Deloitte and PwC. Kerri joined Mastercard in 2018 as the global head of employee communications. Kerri is also a certified coach having started her career as a clinical social worker.

Alicia Millar

Director of Learning & Development, EMEA, Reed Smith

Alicia is an award-winning learning and development professional, an acclaimed coach and trained practitioner in the application of psychometric tools. She has spent nearly two decades, in her words, “… growing the human being within all legal professionals.” Alicia has designed management and leadership programmes for partners, attorneys and business professionals.

Outside of L&D, Alicia is widely recognised as an inspirational leader in the world of diversity and inclusion. She sits on the firm’s Diversity Committee,  Responsible Business Committee and she works closely with the leadership team of WINRS – the firm’s global women’s initiative network.

Global People and Organization Leader, Novartis Eric believes people thrive when they are empowered and connected to purpose. During his career Eric has led organization transformation through leadership roles in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development at KPMG, Bank of America and Novartis. Eric integrated Diversity and Inclusion into business and HR practices to achieve greater gender balance, cultivate a culture of inclusion, and enhance employee engagement.
