The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable and motivated individual to join an exciting phase in PCA’s journey. The purpose of this role is to support the effective and efficient delivery of our client learning and development projects which are delivered globally. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can work proactively, both on their own and within teams, and are happy with a working day that has constant change and provides plenty of variety!

This position will appeal to an individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who demonstrates quality and attention to detail in everything they do. They should also be comfortable using tech and keen to learn new systems and processes. This is a pivotal role for supporting the success of a project by ensuring that all activities are completed on time and to a high standard.  Each client engagement will have different requirements so being able to prioritise and manage multiple demands will be key.

This role provides an energetic candidate the opportunity to be involved with the core of what PCA does. The role touches many parts of the organisation and so potentially a stepping stone to discovering what future opportunities may arise within the company. The successful applicant will receive training and guidance to help develop skills to advance within this exciting position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Client Success team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the end to end client engagement/project cycle. This entails:

Internal 

  • Engaging with the internal team to support all the logistical requirements needed to deliver a client engagement (training project) from end to end.  This will include arranging travel, venue checks, video conference set up, issuing purchase orders and conducting feedback surveys
  • Updating the internal project management systems on progress
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation relating to the engagement are produced and shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely fashion.

Faculty

  • Checking availability of faculty for engagements and making all necessary travel arrangements (nationally and internationally)
  • Booking briefing calls for faculty members and the design team
  • Raising POs for faculty members
  • Ensuring faculty have all necessary materials in good time e.g. booking forms, POs, travel details.

Digital

  • Systems administration for deploying PCA’s digital products to clients (training will be provided).
  • Providing the client and stakeholders with system generated reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Wide ranging admin experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects with different deadlines and stakeholders
  • Methodical approach to problem solving
  • A team player with a flexible approach
  • Exemplary communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • IT skills – experience with a project management system, a CRM system or instant messaging (Slack) would be beneficial but not essential
  • Video conferencing – experience of Zoom or Teams beneficial
  • Reliable with strong prioritisation and time management abilities.
